Even in the age of online booking, travel consultants are a great source of information and discounts. A travel consultant can make sure that your trip is tailored to you, assist you in case of unexpected problems, and help you anticipate potential issues in advance. Using a travel consultant can introduce you to an entirely new world and add a peace of mind that is priceless. 

 For the vast majority of travel services rendered, Wandürer Travel does not charge you any fee; you only pay for the cost of your trip. The vendors that we book on your behalf pay us a commission in most cases. If you would like for us to book airline tickets by themselves, we do charge a service fee for our time to research and manage your reservation. The fee varies per service performed. Also, on rare occasions, there may be fees that our suppliers charge that may be passed on to our clients but these fees are always disclosed and will never be a surprise. An example of these types of fees are credit card fees. Also, Wandürer Travel does charge a fee for group travel and event planning that is commensurate with market rates and varies depending on the specific request.

Whether you have an upcoming wedding, conference for your business, a class reunion or a student trip, we can handle the details and ensure that you are booked at the locales that best fit your needs and that you have access to group seating, entrances, and discounts.  Wandürer Travel does charge a fee for event planning and coordination that is commensurate with market rates and varies depending on the specific request. 

We understand that cancellations happen, which is why we highly suggest that you purchase travel protection with your reservation. If you booked the trip through us and you need to cancel,  please contact us as soon as possible. We will submit your claim and provide you the information you need to return with your paperwork to the travel protection company. Most travel protection policies cover cancellations for medical reasons for you, your travel-mate, or immediate family, and for unforeseen circumstances while you are traveling. If you have any questions about your travel protections policy, please contact us for assistance. If you did not purchase travel protection insurance, there is no guarantee that you will qualify for any type of refund. It depends on the supplier and the terms during the original booking.
